Who we are
The W Stronę Dialogu Foundation, established in 2012, is a leading organisation working with and for the Roma community in Poland. We carry out advocacy work, we educate, we strengthen the Roma community and we promote dialogue between cultures. We run public campaigns and speak up in the media. We also work with the private sector, deliver training and publish. In Warsaw we run the Roma Community Centre. We are building the Poland of the future — diverse, open and multicultural, in which the Roma community is treated as equal.

Mission
We work towards real legal and systemic change that improves the situation of the Roma community in Poland. We place agency in the hands of Roma women and men, strengthening their position and autonomy. We create space for open social dialogue that fosters mutual understanding, community building and the removal of barriers between the Roma community and other groups that make up society in Poland.
Vision
The Poland of the future is a country in which the Roma community is aware, respected and empowered, and the human rights to which it is entitled are respected.
